• Your name, company name, email address or telephone/WhatsApp number.
• Your verified mobile number when you use SMS OTP client login.
• Product, specification, quantity, packing, destination and timeline.
• Messages exchanged with the website virtual assistant.
• Basic security and technical logs used to protect the website.

3. How we use the information

We use enquiry information to understand the requirement, create a reference number, contact the enquirer, assess possible sourcing and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell enquiry data.

4. Virtual assistant and service providers

Completed enquiries are stored in the website’s protected database and may generate an email notification to our official mailbox. The assistant may use an AI processing service to prepare responses. Please do not enter passwords, payment-card details, bank information, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Client login uses Firebase Authentication to send and verify SMS OTP codes. Mobile networks and authentication providers may process the number and technical anti-abuse information needed to deliver and secure the verification message.

5. Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiry follow-up, business records, dispute prevention and legal obligations. We use access controls and other technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

6. Cookies and aggregate analytics

The public website does not intentionally use advertising cookies. It may use essential browser storage and infrastructure logs for operation, security and remembering whether the assistant welcome card was shown. We also keep cookie-free aggregate counts of the page visited, date and broad country code. These analytics do not store visitor names, contact details, IP addresses or device fingerprints.
